The challenge: make complexity feel easy

Alchimedus offers a range of AI-based SaaS tools tailored to consultants and strategists. Smart tools, sharp minds — but the UI? It wasn’t quite clicking. The team needed a set of modern, scalable page designs that didn’t just look good but felt like the digital version of their process: clear, intelligent, structured.

They came to us (via KUBE Studio) with a request: keep it aligned with their existing “Brainwave” visual system, make it work on both desktop and mobile, and—oh—don’t bore the consultants.

How it started: UX with structure and substance

In our first meetings, we mapped out the expectations: this wasn’t just a homepage revamp. We were designing:

  • A hero homepage to carry the product vision
  • A product landing page for LinearA (their latest SaaS launch)

Both had to match the existing Alchimedus brand and work as templates for future spin-offs. They also needed to reflect the clean, slightly scientific visual tone of “Brainwave” — a polished but not sterile aesthetic.

We designed everything from scratch, based on wireframes from KUBE, and made sure it was just as sharp on mobile as it was on widescreen.

Our solution: a scalable design system that works

We delivered:

  • Fully responsive designs for homepage and LinearA product page
  • A design system based on “Brainwave” that’s extendable across future products
  • Clear content structure: smart typography, generous whitespace, flexible sections
  • Optional icon and illustration support to better communicate abstract concepts

No dev work here — just pixel-perfect UI in Adobe XD, ready for implementation.

  • UX/UI design: Adobe XD
  • Delivery format: Responsive layouts (1920px desktop + 375px mobile)
  • Reference system: Based on the “Brainwave” design system
  • Client-side dev: Handed over for integration (not included in our scope)
