The situation

DBMagnifier is a SaaS startup spun out of two veteran IT companies. Their platform offers tools for database license management, security, and monitoring—but explaining what it does without putting users to sleep? That’s where we came in.

They needed a fresh UX design that could:

  • Explain technical tools without overwhelming visitors
  • Look credible and clean, like top-tier SaaS brands
  • Be ready for handoff—no dev needed (yet)
The story

KUBE Studio brought us into the project with a clear goal: design a complete site concept for DBMagnifier that feels modern, functional, and quietly confident.

We kicked things off with a few sample pages, aligned on a minimal, software-inspired visual style (think: Vultr and Neon). Once approved, we mapped out the full design system—no fluff, just straight-to-the-point layouts that tell the product’s story without getting in the user’s way.

The biggest challenge? Balancing three core services on a single site without losing clarity. We solved it with modular content blocks, crisp page flows, and call-to-actions placed exactly where users need them.

The solution

We designed the DBMagnifier website in Adobe XD, focused entirely on desktop resolution (1440px), with a clear hierarchy and SaaS-first thinking.

Here’s what we delivered:

  • A compelling homepage that explains who it’s for, what it does, and how to get started.
  • Three feature pages, one for each product module: License Spotter, Security Spotter, and Monitoring.
  • Pricing and “Become a Partner” pages—no-nonsense, conversion-minded layouts.
  • Reusable components and visual patterns that the dev team could work with later.
